Billing questions
- What counts as a response?
- One finished quiz with an email address. Takers who leave early are not counted, and your own test runs from the dashboard are not either.
- What happens over the limit?
- The quiz keeps running and every taker still gets their report. New leads are saved, but locked, until you upgrade or the month resets. On paid plans you can also buy extra responses at €10 per 1,000.
- Is there a trial?
- Every new account gets Pro's features for 14 days from its first quiz, with the free plan's limits and no card. After that you are on Free unless you upgrade.
- Monthly or yearly?
- Both. Yearly costs ten months' worth: €290 for Pro, €790 for Business. You can switch or cancel at any time, and the plan stays until the end of the period you paid for.
- Is VAT included?
- Prices are shown without VAT. At checkout, VAT is added where it applies, and businesses in the EU with a valid VAT number are charged without it. Our checkout partner Paddle handles this and issues the invoice.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
