Terms of service

Scorando lets you build scorecard quizzes, put them on your website, and collect the answers, scores and contact details of the people who take them. An AI writes a personal report for each taker and a short brief for you.

AI-written text can be wrong or incomplete. Read your quiz before it goes live, and treat reports and briefs as a starting point, not as professional advice. You are responsible for what your quiz says and for how you use what you learn from it.

You need an account to build quizzes. Keep your login to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You must be at least 18 and use Scorando for a business or other organisation, not as a consumer.

What you build stays yours: the quiz, the answers, and the leads. We only use them to run the service for you and to make the reports and briefs you asked for. We do not sell or share your leads, and we do not use them to train AI models.

You are the data controller for the people who take your quiz; we process their data on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect their details and for answering their requests. Our privacy policy says what we do with the data and which companies help us do it.

You agree not to use Scorando to:

• collect passwords, card numbers or other secrets, or pretend to be someone else;
• send unwanted email, or add people to lists they did not ask to join;
• publish anything unlawful, hateful, misleading or harmful;
• attack, overload or probe the service, or scrape other owners' quizzes;
• resell the service or copy it.

We may take a quiz offline or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may do so without notice when the risk to others is serious. We will tell you what happened as soon as we reasonably can.

The free plan is free for as long as you use it. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, at the prices shown on the pricing page. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next renewal.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Each plan has a monthly response limit. Over the limit your quiz keeps running and new leads are stored but locked until you upgrade or the month resets. To protect the service from abuse, a quiz stops taking answers at three times the plan's limit. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to the free plan. You can delete your account at any time; we then delete your quizzes and leads within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records.

We work to keep Scorando available and fast, but we do not promise it will never be down. We may change or remove features; if a change makes the service clearly worse for you, you can cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part of your plan.

Scorando is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost leads or other indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or anything that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are settled in the district court of Helsinki, unless a law gives you the right to another forum.

When we change these terms we update the date at the top and, for changes that matter, email account owners at least 14 days before they apply. Using Scorando after that date means you accept the new terms.
