Good to know
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The free plan is free for as long as you use it: one live quiz and 100 responses a month. New accounts also get Pro's features for 14 days.
- What counts as a response?
- One finished quiz with an email address. People who leave before the end are not counted.
- What happens after 100 responses in a month?
- The quiz keeps running and every taker still gets their report. New leads are saved, but locked, until you upgrade or the month resets.
- Where does the Scorando badge show?
- On the free plan, at the bottom of the results page, the report email and the share image. Pro removes it.
- Who writes the quiz and the reports?
- Claude, Anthropic's AI, from your website and the taker's answers. You can change every question, answer and score before the quiz goes live.
- Can I use it in my language?
- Yes. Pick the language and the whole quiz, the report and both emails are written in it: English, Finnish, Swedish, German, Spanish, French or Dutch.
