Are you ready to be a landlord?

What it measures

The property

Your property is in good condition, safety checked and set up for a tenant to move in.

The rules

You know the main rules on tenancies, deposits and notices, and have a plan to follow them.

The money

You have a realistic rent, a buffer for empty months and repairs, and a handle on tax.

Your time

You have the time and people in place to deal with tenants and problems when they come up.

Who takes it

First-time landlords. Every taker gets a score by area and a personal report written for them; you get their email, their score and a short brief on what they need.
