How well is your music practice working?

What it measures

Practice habits

You practise regularly, for a sensible length of time, and with a clear plan for each session.

Technique

You warm up, slow down on hard passages and use simple tools that make your playing cleaner and easier.

Reading and theory

You can read new music, keep a steady rhythm and understand what you are playing.

Confidence and enjoyment

You enjoy playing, share your music with others and use recordings to hear your progress.

Who takes it

Music students and adult learners. Every taker gets a score by area and a personal report written for them; you get their email, their score and a short brief on what they need.
